What happens next?
Step 1:
Discuss your project with us, then we can arrange a site visit for Glenn to measure up and provide a quote or have our designer/drafter meet with you and do up a proposal for a set of plans.
Step 2:
Once we have the plans, we can prepare an estimate for your project. Not all projects are the same and some projects cannot be quoted until we have Council approval and engineering to determine material suitability, etc.
Step 3:
Once you are happy to proceed, we will prepare your building contract, a scope of works, a construction timeline, material specifications list, a payment schedule and discuss start/finish dates.
Step 4:
Once your project has begun, we will keep you updated throughout the building stages to ensure your vision is achieved and expectations are exceeded.
Step 5:
When the project is completed and you are 100% happy with our work we can complete the final clean, conduct the hand over process and finalise the paperwork.
